Remote Licensed Health Insurance Reconnection Specialist | Weekly Pay | Health Insurance License Required
About the Role
Our client is a recognized leader in health insurance, helping thousands of families each day secure quality coverage and peace of mind.
They’re expanding their Reconnection Team for the upcoming ACA season and seeking seasoned licensed health insurance professionals who are ready to deliver exceptional service and results in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Schedule & Compensation
- Hours of Operation: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday
- Training: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday EST – 2-3 weeks paid
- Shift Times: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM OR 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Optional Overtime: Saturdays, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST / Some Sunday’s
- Pay: $20/hour + uncapped commissions, paid weekly
- Paid Training: Begins with your scheduled start date (October 20th or October 27th), Chance for long-term employment after March for top performers
What You’ll Do
- Reconnect with existing members to renew or retain coverage for the 2026 plan year.
- Manage a book of business with over 380,000 leads—no cold calling required.
- Conduct mainly outbound calls, with some inbound, providing clear and compliant plan guidance.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure each client receives a seamless renewal experience.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities and enhance retention outcomes.
What You’ll Bring
- Active Health Insurance License (2-15 or 2-40) in one or more of the following states: UT, KS, OK, TX, MO, MI, OH, WV, VA, NC, SC, KY, TN, MS, AL, GA, FL
- FFM 2026 Certification (required/free).
- Camera required for training and virtual office hours.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic, remote work environment.
- A genuine commitment to helping clients find the best coverage options available.
Technology Requirements
To ensure success in this remote position, the following setup is required:
- Windows 10 (or newer) or macOS 12.0 (or newer)
- Minimum of 12GB RAM
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 60 Mbps)
- Dual monitors
- Webcam and USB headset with microphone (required for training and virtual office hours)
- No Chromebooks or tablets
